Caramoan Photo Diary 1: The Travel

Transportation Details

  • Philippine National Railways (PNR) Pasay Station to Naga Station – 10 hours
  • Van from Naga Station to Sabang Port – 1 hour
  • Boat Ride from Sabang to Guijalo Port – 2 hours
  • Tricycle to Traveler’s Camp – 10 minutes

Pasay Station + PNR Executive Sleeper + Naga Station

A hired van dropped us off from Naga station to Sabang port. We had to line up to get to the boat. There is P10 fee when you pass through the port and the boat ride costs P120.

We were able to see Mayon Volcano from the port! It was a little foggy but still breathtaking. This is around 7 or 8am in the morning.

It was nice seeing a lot of green again unlike in Manila: tall buildings and cars, cars, cars.

Arrival at Guijalo Port was 9 am.

We rode the heavy duty tricycles which can accommodate up to 8 passengers including your baggage!

Passed by this little kid walking at the side of the road.

Arrival at Traveler’s Camp by 9:30 am. We were served with a complimentary breakfast. πŸ™‚ Check out their rates atΒ Their packages are really good with value for money. πŸ™‚ No pics of the bedrooms though as I was too tired when we arrived. 😐 I got a living room photo though with my friend Martee. Hehe πŸ™‚

++ Next stop, island hopping photos!
